We at One Community Solutions provide a unique service which involves working with the vulnerable population currently made up of individuals who are battling homelessness, drug addictions and mental health.
We pride ourselves as a non-violent alternative security company because we build understanding and respect with the clients and staff to help create safe environments in and out of the shelters.
With the onset COVID-19, many hotels in the city have opened up for use as shelters to help provide safe places for individuals to social distance and avoid the spread of COVID. Many of these hotels being in or close to residential areas which had raised concerns about schools, daycares and shared public spaces.
Our CST's (Community Safety Team) work 24 hours a day doing patrols in neighbourhoods, cleaning up drug paraphernalia and also keeping watching at local schools from daycares to high schools to ensure the continued safety of children, teens and pets in the area.

Outdoor CST - Winter
We are looking for reliable, responsible, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy the Winter to join our Outdoor Community Safety Team. If this is you and you love the winter or can brave the cold weather, then come join our team!
Description: Outdoor patrol and stationary positions.
Location: Onsite- strictly outdoors. Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors during the winter months.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract Length: 6 Months (with the potential for a year round permanent position)
Shift Availability: Daytime, Evening, Overnight | 7 days a week | 8 hour and 10 hour shifts (with flexibility)
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Benefits: Casual dress, Flexible schedule
Applicant Requirements: To apply for this position you must posses a valid Ontario Security License
